U.S. shipping is temporarily paused

Skin Boutique Online has temporarily paused all orders shipping to addresses in the United States.

The pause follows a change to U.S. customs rules. Effective August 29, 2025, the United States suspended duty-free de minimis treatment for low-value shipments from all countries. Under the previous rules, eligible imported goods valued at $800 USD or less could enter without duty. You can read the current guidance on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website.

What this means for U.S. customers

For now, we are not accepting orders for delivery to the United States. We know this affects many customers who have ordered from us before, and we are sorry for the interruption.

This was not an easy decision. We paused shipping while we review how the new requirements affect cross-border orders and look for a practical way to serve U.S. customers again.

What happens next

We are monitoring the situation and exploring options for resuming U.S. shipping. If the regulations change, or if a workable route becomes available under the current rules, we will be ready to reopen delivery to the United States.

There is no confirmed restart date yet. We will post any change here on SBO News.
